Lynch Dallas, P.C. is pleased to announce that Douglas D. Herman has become a shareholder with the firm as of January 1, 2022.
Mr. Herman is an experienced attorney in the areas of municipal law, transactional law, civil litigation, and employment and labor law. He received his bachelor’s degree from Luther College in 1990, and his law degree from Hamline University School of Law in 1994. Prior to joining Lynch Dallas, P.C. in 2020 as an associate attorney, Mr. Herman practiced law for 12 years prior to being appointed Monticello City Administrator, a position he held from 2006 through 2020. He has been an active member of his hometown community recently ending his term as Trustee and President of Lake Delhi Combined Recreational and Water Quality District Board.
