Mr. Schauf regularly represents public and private sector clients in the areas of municipal law, employment law, and insurance defense. Mr. Schauf represents municipal clients in a variety of matters involving code enforcement, ordinance review and drafting, land use and zoning, real estate, contracts, nuisance abatement, litigation defense, and other issues commonly faced by public entities in Iowa.
