Ms. Kuntz regularly practices in the areas of municipal law, employment law (both public and private sector), and insurance defense. Ms. Kuntz represents municipal clients in a variety of matters involving code enforcement, ordinance review and drafting, real estate, contracts, nuisance abatement, litigation defense, and various other issues commonly faced by public entities in Iowa.
