Ms. Huntzinger’s primary focus is litigation, representing both municipal and private sector clients in employment, insurance defense, and other complex disputes. In addition to her litigation work, she routinely advises public entities on human resources matters, contract negotiations, code enforcement, ordinance drafting and review, and a range of legal issues arising in the day to day operations of Iowa municipalities. Her practice also includes conducting workplace and internal investigations.
