Lynch Dallas, P.C. is pleased to announce that Daniel M. Morgan has become a shareholder with the firm as of January 1, 2024.
Mr. Morgan is an experienced attorney in the areas of municipal law, law enforcement defense, employment and labor law, and general civil litigation for both public and private sector clients. Mr. Morgan is also a regular speaker at various related seminars and continuing education events. He received his bachelor’s degree in English and Criminal Justice from Mount Mercy University in 2012, and his law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2017. Mr. Morgan is also an active member of the Corridor community. Mr. Morgan is a member of Marion Methodist Church and regularly volunteers his time to various committees and service projects. He is also a Board Member and Co-President for Hilltop Manor Senior Living Community in Marion, Iowa. Mr. Morgan is a proud Eagle Scout from Troop 35 (Marion, Iowa) and an alumnus of the Marion Leadership in Action program.
