Grand Impact

Grand Impact is a new effort created by volunteers.
Fifty businesses in the greater Cedar Rapids region each donated $2,000 to help a Cedar Rapids non-profit receive $100,000 to address an emerging need and make a Grand Impact.
Lynch Dallas, P.C. graciously donated $2,000 to this amazing effort. 100% of the donation went towards the winning local non-profit organization.
On March 11, 2022, the 50 businesses gathered to hear the 3 non-profit finalists pitch their approach at addressing an emerging need. A representative from each business had the opportunity to vote at this event.

The 3 finalists were:
- Catherine McAuley Center
- Matthew 25
- Willis Dady Homeless Services
Matthew 25 won for its new neighborhood grocery store which allows people to take fresh produce for free.
A midwest family foundation announced they would be donating to the other two organizations.
