Scott E. McLeod

Mr. McLeod received an undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa in 1964 and a law degree, with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1967.  Upon graduation he was on active duty with the U.S. Army from 1967 to 1969.  Upon his discharge from active duty he became an associate attorney and later a shareholder with Lynch, Dallas, Smith & Harman, now known as Lynch Dallas, P.C.  His practice included representing individuals, insurance carriers and corporations in personal injury and workers' compensation cases.  In addition, he participated as an attorney and as a mediator in numerous personal injury and workers' compensation cases. Mr. McLeod continued in active practice with the firm for over 50 years until his retirement on December 31, 2020.
