Mr. Sounhein regularly practices in the areas of Municipal and Government Services, Real Estate, Family Law, Probate, Estate Planning, Wills, & Trusts, and Taxes. As a part of Lynch Dallas’ municipal practice group, Mr. Sounhein represents municipal and public sector clients on a variety of issues, with a particular focus on real estate, nuisance, contracts, ordinance drafting, and code enforcement. Mr. Sounhein represents clients on a variety of family law issues regarding dissolution, child custody, child support, and modifications, as well as adoptions. Mr. Sounhein assists clients in Estate Planning and Probate, addressing the unique circumstances of each case. Mr. Sounhein provides litigation and trial services for all his practice areas, as well as general litigation for local businesses.
Mr. Sounhein has practiced in the Eastern Iowa area since 2009, providing services to a variety of individuals, businesses, and municipalities. Over this time, Mr. Sounhein has built a well-rounded practice with exposure to many different areas of law, allowing for practical and cost-effective resolutions to matters. Mr. Sounhein currently serves on the Lynch Dallas, P.C. Executive Board.
