Nathan M. Kooker
Mr. Kooker focuses primarily on representing clients in business, commercial, employment and municipal litigation matters in state and federal court, as well as before administrative agencies. He has counseled clients with regard to insurance coverage disputes; discrimination and civil rights claims; FMLA, ADA, wage and hour, and OSHA matters; and trade secret and non-competition cases.
