  • Young-Losee v. Graphic Packaging Intern, Inc., 631 F.3d 909 (8th Cir. 2011) (represented employer in summary judgment and appeal; court finding that in Title VII retaliation action, being fired and then “unfired” is a materially adverse action creating fact question for jury)
